Key Personnel & Leadership Roles
Qualifications: Cert IV TAE, Cert IV Ageing Support, Diploma of Community
Services Experience: 3 years as Disability Support Worker, training experience
Tasks:
- Oversee daily operations and client services
- Develop and maintain all policies and procedures
- Ensure NDIS compliance and staff training
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for support workers
- Quality assurance (incident reports, risk assessments, audits)
- Communicate with families, clients, and NDIS
Qualifications: Diploma of Community Services, Cert IV Youth & Family Intervention
Experience: Community/youth work
Tasks:
- Handle new client assessments and onboarding
- Coordinate care plans and match support workers to clients
- Monitor client progress and satisfaction
- Supervise field staff and manage schedules
- Assist in report writing and NDIS documentation
- Support with psychosocial and youth-related needs
Qualifications: Registered Nurse, 6 years of experience
Tasks:
- Provide clinical advice for high-care clients (e.g., medication, wound care)
- Supervise personal care procedures to ensure safety
- Support infection control, health-related policy development
- Deliver training or advice to support workers on health needs
- Participate in incident reviews involving clinical issues
Qualifications: Cert IV in Ageing Support
Experience: 3+ years in aged care and disability support
Tasks:
- Deliver direct care services (personal care, daily support, transport)
- Mentor junior staff on safe manual handling and quality care
- Organise rostering, shift coverage, and support coordination
- Support client reviews and gather service feedback
- Care Services Manager Ensure transport safety and efficiency for clients
Other positions
- Admin Officer: handles invoicing, timesheets, emails
- Support Coordinator (if offered): helps clients manage funding and services
- Rostering Officer: schedules shifts and staff availability
